DR. AMBEDKAR NATIONAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIP

Dr. Ambedkar Foundation, an autonomous organization under the aegis of the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment implements several welfare schemes/projects relating to the development of SCs/STs and other deprived sections of the society.
'Dr. Ambedkar National Merit Scholarships' are one time grant and are meant for SC and ST students of the particular State whose family income from all sources does not exceed Rs.1.00 lakh. In order to encourage girl students, a special scholarship is also given to one girl student.
