RE: TRAINING PROGRAMMES AT KOLKATA - EAST ZONE OFFICE
Training Programmes will be conducted for teachers in various subjects at the ICSE, ISC and Middle School Levels in the months of October 2006 to February 2007. These training programmes are organized only for the benefit of teachers of Council affiliated schools to address curriculum concerns, methodology and evaluation at the ICSE, ISC & Middle School level. It also aims at enhancing their knowledge in their own subjects – beyond the specifics of the examination curriculum.
These programmes also play an important role in bringing teachers from different schools together wherein they get an opportunity to network, share their specific concerns and get insights into functions of other schools affiliated with the Council.
A training programme schedule for the sessions is enclosed along with a brief description of the content of each training programme, areas that would be covered as well as recommended participant profile has been included to help you ascertain the suitability of each of these programmes for the teachers needs.
You are requested to kindly encourage teachers to attend these programmes who will in turn benefit the students of your school.
